SUMMARY:HARMONIOUS WAIL $20
DESCRIPTION:TICKET LINK | Harmonious Wail are purveyors of Americana infu
sed Gypsy Jazz that continues to take their listeners on a ride via the
music of the Hot Club sounds of Paris to the deepest blues of the Memphi
s Delta to the folk scenes across “every town” America. The Wail are sub
lime entertainers\, great educators and they’ve mastered the art of lift
ing spirits. Harmonious Wail is Sims Delaney-Potthoff\, a mandolin virtu
oso\, bandleader\, vocalist and master of all things behind the curtain\
, Maggie Delaney-Potthoff\, vocalist extraordinaire whose percussive ins
trument of choice is a cardboard box\, but who also has a knack for expl
oring the musicality of almost any household object\, and Andy Stier a m
aster bassist who dazzles and mesmerizes on both upright bass. Every per
formance is played from the heart and infused with the perfect balance o
f ingredients that firmly proves that music truly does make the world a
better place. The Wail celebrates 10 recordings in their 30 years of exi
stence and is currently kicking off their 4th decade recording a new CD
that teams them with a group of Gypsy Jazz All-stars.\n\nTickets: https:
