SUMMARY:The Wooten Brothers
DESCRIPTION:The Wooten brothers’ first public performance occurred in Haw
aii in 1966 and established their identity as prodigies. Since then\, Vi
ctor Wooten & the Wooten Brothers (brothers Regi\, Roy & Jospeh) have ra
 cked up 10 Grammy wins\, and 26\, yes\, 26 Grammy nominations. And the y
oungest of the family\, Victor\, the brother who learned from all his ol
der brothers\, has been named by Rolling Stone Magazine as one of the te
n greatest bass players of all time. As a family band\, they are second
to none. The Brothers’ music bends and defines genres\; amplifies centur
ies\, and spans continents. The Wooten Brothers began in R&B before evolv
ing as teens into Jazz\, Jazz Fusion\, Classical and Country. Then\, the
y emerged in 1985 on Arista records with an album called\, “The Wootens”
 \, that combined Electronic\, Funk\, Soul\, Disco\, and Boogie—and offer
ed only a sliver of the Wooten whole. The Wooten whole is all of that…an
 d classical\, and jazz\, and country\, and Rock-and-Roll. Connecting a m
usically deep past to musical future\, the Wooten Brothers explode genre
s and build bridges across genres. Bar by bar\, in live performances and
on recordings\, they provide an exhilarating ‘connects-you-to-the-cente
 r-of-the-universe’ sound.\n\nTickets: https://www.ticketmaster.com/the-w
