SUMMARY:Swedish Lager Dovetail Brewery Collab Release Party
DESCRIPTION:Buy a ticket for the 7pm IKEA building contest! Last year we
made an awesome Swedish-style lager with our friends from Dovetail Brewe
ry in Chicago. We loved it so much that we’re running it back. And a bee
r with this pedigree needs needs a release party! Saturday\, November 7t
h\, we’re releasing “Bork! Bork! Bork!” a Swedish-style lager made in co
llaboration with Dovetail Brewery. This lager style has roots in German
brewing but is slightly sweeter and more full-bodied than German pilsner
s and with a slightly lower hopping rate. We think it’s perfect for the
Wisconsin palate! To help celebrate\,\n\nMore info: https://www.workingd
