DESCRIPTION:Imagine a long weekend devoted entirely to your writing — on 
 a beautiful campus in the rolling hills of northern Baltimore County. Ma
 nor Mill's writers retreat takes place at historic Oldfields School in G
 lencoe\, Maryland\, and welcomes participants of all level and genres —f
 rom new writers to experienced ones\, working in fiction\, nonfiction\, 
 memoir\, and poetry. Over the course of the weekend\, you'll explore a r
 ich range of topics: craft and technique\, querying and submissions\, ma
 rketing\, promotion\, and much more. Come for the full Thursday–Sunday r
 esidential experience\, with dinners and evening activities included — o
 r choose day-only tickets for Friday\, Saturday\, or both. Day pass gues
 ts will enjoy all day sessions & lunch and can add on evening sessions a
 nd grab dinner on their own. Overnight guests will enjoy lodging with li
 nens\, all meals\, all day sessions\, all evening programs & additional 
 special activities from Thursday through Sunday. However you join us\, y
 ou'll find a thoughtfully designed blend of group presentations\, person
 al writing time\, critique sessions\, and genuine community—and you’ll l

 anor Mill’s overnight retreats take place on the historic Oldfields Scho
 ol\, a beautiful campus of gracious buildings nestled amid quiet hills. 
 Like many historic campuses\, the school has plentiful stairways and wal
 ks along inclined pathways to get from building to building. Guests will
  do well to pack good walking shoes and plan to be on the move around ca
 mpus and between buildings throughout your stay. To ensure a comfortable
