SUMMARY:Stanley Simmons
DESCRIPTION:Goosetown Tavern presents Stanley Simmons on Tuesday\, Octobe
r 20th. Evan Stanley and Nick Simmons have always been like family – the
y played together as babies. However it wasn’t until December of 2024 th
at the two actually played together\, musically\, for the first time in
what was supposed to be a one-off instagram reel. They were shocked by t
he immediate response\, and the undeniable chemistry. In February of 202
5\, they tried writing together for the first time and Stanley Simmons w
as born. They recognized they had stumbled on something magical and set
out to make the kind of record they had each always wanted to make\, but
never had the chance to. Having grown up together on the road with thei
r fathers\, Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of Kiss\, music was always a p
art of their lives. But the thought of collaborating with each other pro
fessionally just never crossed their minds until this last year. After h
earing the first demo they recorded in their respective bedrooms\, legen
dary producer Rob Cavallo (Green Day\, Fleetwood Mac\, Paramore\, My Che
mical Romance\, Dave Matthews\, etc.) immediately threw his weight behin
d the band and jumped at the chance to produce the debut full length rec
ord as well as manage the duo. Now\, with a full length complete and set
for release on August 28th\, Stanley Simmons is preparing for their fir
st North American tour this fall. All ages\, ticketed guests under 16 ON
