SUMMARY:Chipped Nail Polish with Mckenna Esteb and Frecks
DESCRIPTION:Chipped Nail Polish - Jill started Chipped Nail Polish with j
ust her electric ukulele and a bad manicure. The project came to life in
the basements and living rooms of the lively house show scene at the Un
iversity of Oregon. The friendships formed there traveled up North to Po
rtland where the band now resides. Inspired by bands like Beach Bunny\,
Snail Mail\, Soccer Mommy\, FIDLAR\, and Surf Curse\, CNP is heavily inf
luenced by the moshy surf punk music of Jill’s teen years\, as well as i
ntrospective bedroom pop that has captivated her twenties. The result ki
nda feels like crying in a mosh pit\, which is always encouraged at show
 s. Mckenna Esteb - Boise\, ID based songwriter. Frecks - “Frecks” is com
prised of one twenty-something member named Jayden from Portland\, Orego
 n. Jayden has been writing music since her early teen years and draws in
spiration from all aspects of her life. Pulling from concepts of introsp
ection and undying love\, she aims to tug on heartstrings with dreamy gu
itar riffs and haunting melodies. 21+ 8:30pm MUSIC 9pm GET TIX HERE: htt
