DESCRIPTION:This fall\, " leave the leaves " to benefit your local enviro
 nment! Discover how strategic placement of leaves and other plant debris
  can benefit wildlife\, save you money\, and reduce landfill waste. Mast
 er Gardener Suzanne Sayers will explain how when you stop raking\, baggi
 ng\, and removing fallen leaves and start leaving things a little messy 
 and wild\, you create a cozy blanket for many pollinators\, including bu
 tterflies\, bees\, moths\, and even fireflies. Decaying leaves also prov
 ide the soil with nutrients and help retain moisture. Come with question
 s! Suzanne Sayers is a Garden designer and certified Master Gardener ded
 icated to creating sustainable landscapes that celebrate beauty\, biodiv
 ersity\, and environmental responsibility. Her work is guided by the bel
 ief that every outdoor space is a living ecosystem and therefore all of 
 her practices are organic\, meaning no use of pesticides\, herbicides or
  synthetic fertilizers. With a strong focus on native habitats\, she cre
 ates spaces that support pollinators\, wildlife\, and the surrounding en
 vironment. She strives to design gardens that are both functional and re
 sponsible\; places where beauty\, sustainability\, and a deep respect fo
 r the natural world come together. Registration required. Registration o
