 est Aodán Coyne
DESCRIPTION:Fresh off winning the 2026 Telluride Blues Challenge\, Colora
do-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Brendan Forrest returns to

 n Carolan on bass\, with original songs\, bluegrass\, Americana\, folk a
nd plenty of room for the kind of spontaneous musical interplay that hap
pens when great players get together. Opening the evening is Irish guita
rist\, songwriter and traditional musician Aodán Coyne\, now based in Ma
dison. Aodán has toured and taught internationally with the award-winnin
g Irish band Socks in the Frying Pan and is known for his command of DAD
GAD guitar and traditional Irish accompaniment. And this won’t simply be
two separate sets — expect some crossover between the musicians\, with
Aodán and Brendan & Friends joining one another for a few tunes and brin
