SUMMARY:Introduction to Non-Apparent Disabilities
DESCRIPTION:This presentation introduces non-apparent disabilities—cond
 itions that can significantly affect daily life\, even when they are not
  immediately apparent to others. Participants will explore common miscon
 ceptions and the unique forms of ableism that people with non-apparent d
 isabilities may experience\, including doubt\, stigma\, and barriers to 
 access and support. The session will also focus on moving from awareness
  to action. Participants will learn practical strategies for supporting 
 people with non-apparent disabilities and for normalizing accessibility 
 in everyday environments. American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting serv
 ices and Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) captioning ser
