 e gynecology and preventative women’s health practice on Long Island\, N
 Y\, and the founder and CEO of the virtual education company All Things 
 Menopause®. Dr. Mandelberger is passionate about educating and empowerin
 g women to make informed choices during the menopause transition and thr
 oughout the life cycle. Her special interests include the intersection o
 f ADHD and perimenopause. Lauren Tetenbaum\, LCSW\, JD\, PMH-C\, MSCP is
  a licensed psychotherapist\, women’s rights advocate\, and writer dedic
 ated to supporting and empowering women through life transitions. With e
 xperience as both a lawyer and a clinical social worker\, Lauren special
 izes in counseling women navigating identity shifts related to motherhoo
 d\, career changes\, and reproductive health. Lauren frequently contribu
 tes thought leadership to media and professional organizations\; she is 
 the author of the acclaimed 2025 book Millennial Menopause: Preparing fo
 r Perimenopause\, Menopause\, and Life’s Next Period. Lauren is also a m
 om of two who lives with her family outside of her native New York City.
