SUMMARY:Kevin Ross
DESCRIPTION:Fri. Feb. 12: Valentine’s Weekend with KEVIN ROSS -7:30pm- Ti
 x: $65.00 ($82.60 through Ticketmaster\, $72.00 at the Birchmere Box Off
ice) Kevin Ross is what happens when pure talent meets fearless independ
 ence. The Grammy-nominated singer\, songwriter\, producer\, and performe
r from Washington\, D.C.\, is redefining modern R&B one unforgettable so
ng at a time. With a voice that cuts through the noise and lyrics that s
peak to the soul\, Ross has carved out his own lane\, blending classic i
nfluences with a contemporary vision. Since breaking onto the scene in 2
 016\, he has amassed over 500 million streams\, earned #1 hits\, several
Top 10’s and headlined sold-out shows across the country\, all while st
aying true to his craft and creative convictions. After making an instan
t impact with his breakout single “Long Song Away\,” Ross built a bullet
proof solo discography with acclaimed projects like The Awakening (2017)
 \, Drive (2017)\, and Audacity Vol. 1 & 2 (2020). He’s collaborated with
  A-list talent like Trey Songz\, Toni Braxton\, Tank\, Kevin Hart\, and
more\, while sharing the stage with legends such as Babyface\, Maxwell\,
and KEM\, and earning nominations from the NAACP Image Awards\, Soul Tr
ain Music Awards\, and iHeartRadio Music Awards. But even as his star ro
se\, Ross felt called to something more profound. In 2019\, he launched
his label\, Art Society Music Group (ASMG)\, and took complete control o
f his artistic journey. The result? Some of his most honest and resonant
work to date. His 2021 release Drive 2 debuted at #1 on the iTunes R&B/
Soul Albums Chart\, with fan favorites “Looking for Love” and “Sweet Rel
ease” both climbing into Billboard’s Top 10 Adult R&B Radio Airplay char
 t. The Washington Post put it best: “Ross doesn’t sound like he’s trying
to find a musical identity. He knows who he is\, and his music reflects
that.” He’s also making waves with his “Vets Only: Mash-Up” live series
\, where he pays homage to R&B greats while putting his own spin on time
less classics. Episodes include dynamic mashups with Slim of 112\, Case\
, and Meelah of 702\, each one a showcase of Ross’s vocal finesse and de
ep respect for the genre’s legacy. Ross’s electrifying performances in 2
025 on Noochie’s Live From The Front Porch and Yams Sessions have furthe
r ignited excitement around his live showmanship and vocal excellence\,
 reinforcing that he’s not only a skilled studio artist\, but a dynamic\,
must-see performer. Kevin Ross’ current release LOVE UPTEMPO: MAX\, out
now\, is preceded by his breakout independent hit “Love In The Middle\,
” which marked his first-ever #1 as an indie artist and held the top spo
t on the Billboard Adult R&B Airplay Chart for three consecutive weeks\,
the project promises a feel-good\, rhythm-forward body of work that cel
ebrates love\, connection\, and the evolution of R&B. With momentum buil
ding and anticipation high\, Kevin Ross continues to elevate — on his te
rms. This is R&B with purpose. This is Kevin Ross. Artist Website: https
