ds. _____________________________________________ ABOUT A HAPPENING VI-
SALVAGE: For two nights only\, on Halloween weekend\, October 30 and 31\
, Cloudgaze Productions presents “A Happening VI: SALVAGE”\, a fully exp
lorable\, spectacular\, theatrical world\, housed at the Shea Theater Ar
ts Center\, in the heart of Great Falls\, MA. Each October\, Cloudgaze P
roductions brings together over fifty local artists from the Connecticut
River Valley to devise a unique world with new lore and rituals that de
velop through the years. In “SALVAGE”\, audiences will visit Restoretown
\, a community shaped by loss\, and move through memories that lead to j
oyful celebration. Inspiration for this work ranges from William Shakesp
eare’s The Tempest to The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask. Those in the C
loudgaze community are acutely aware of loss as we continue to grieve th
e late Natalie Dansie Graves. Nat\, a key member of the team behind “A H
 appening”\, was a creative leader\, a boon to the installation process\,
and graced the winding pathways of the Shea with dance and song\, whit
and whimsy. This year’s performance is dedicated in their honor. A Happe
 ning VI brings together musicians\, dancers\, visual artists\, actors\,
and artists of all kinds to create a world that offers an enchanted expe
rience for everyone. Audiences who love mystery\, intrigue\, and partici
pation will find plenty of ways to interact and engage\, while those who
prefer to observe can enjoy sights that delight at a distance. “After w
atching A Happening evolve over the last five years as an enthusiastic a
udience member\, I’m thrilled to help make this year’s Happening a weeke
nd to remember\,” says co-producer Ezekiel Baskin. “The work this team c
reates is truly magical\, and we’re looking forward to inviting audience
s in to play\, explore\, witness\, and build something special with us.”
With two performances per evening\, a limited audience capacity for eac
h show ensures easeful access to roam the building. Time compresses in t
his one and half hour experience - curiosity will be rewarded. Advance t
ickets are available at $25/ticket\, which includes early access to the
Milk & Honey Apothecary serving specialty cocktails and N/A beverages in
the lobby. Limited tickets are available for purchase at $40 and $50 ti
ers which include guaranteed character interactions and exclusive perfor
mances. Tickets will also be available at the door at $30/ticket\, with
pay- what-you-can pricing and no one turned away for lack of funds.\n\nT
