SUMMARY:David Morales Boroff Quintet
DESCRIPTION:Tuesday\, November 3 rd\, 2026 • 4:30 PM David Morales Boroff

icke\, bass Julien Cantelm\, drums About David Morales Boroff This conce
rt is FREE and part of The Wu Tsai QRT.yrd Concert Series. This concert
runs from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Please note this event is first come\, firs
t served. A joyful collision of jazz\, classical\, and folk. David Moral
es Boroff — a “highly-charged violinist” (Jazzwise) — presents his first
program of entirely original music alongside four of San Diego’s finest
musicians. The quintet’s lineup spells jazz\, yet the music runs on con
tradictions of idiom: spontaneous improvisation driving meticulous compo
sition\; the comforting chaos of many musical dialects resolved into som
ething distinctly American\; classically honed lyricism turned loose on
everything your violin teacher told you not to do. Above all\, the progr
am unfolds like a story. MORE CONCERTS IN THE SERIES\n\nTickets: https:/
