SUMMARY:Open Figure Drawing Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Work from a live model and sharpen your figure drawing skills
 . In this series of workshops\, participants will be drawing the human f
 igure in an open studio format. Each workshop will start with short pose
 s for gestures and sketches and then move into longer poses\, with a fin
 al pose for completed drawings. Open to all skill levels\, the goal of t
 his workshop is to practice proportion\, gesture movement\, and perspect
 ive. LUX Teaching Artist Tom Meyers will be present to host the sessions
  and assist participants as needed. Doors open at 6:15 pm. Drawing will 
 take place from 6:30 pm-8:30 pm. Easels\, benches\, boards\, and tables 
 are provided. Please bring drawing paper/sketchbooks and drawing materia
 ls of your choice. Must be 18 or older to participate in this workshop. 
 Pre-registration is recommended. Drop-in participants welcome if space p
 ermits. $20 per person per session. Participants in this class will be d
 rawing from a nude model. For the comfort\, safety\, and respect of our 
 models\, recording and photographing of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  All cell phones\, cameras\, or wearable cameras of any kind must be put
