urns with The Phoenix\, a powerful new album that reflects both personal
transformation and artistic renewal. Following a life-saving open-heart
surgery and a year-long recovery\, Groove emerged with a renewed sense
of purpose\, channeling themes of resilience\, gratitude\, and spiritual
growth into what may be his most personal recording to date. A graduate
of the University of Miami School of Music\, Groove has built a celebra
ted career as both a solo artist and collaborator\, performing and recor
ding with legendary artists including Tina Turner\, Tower of Power\, Eur
ythmics\, Aaron Neville\, Huey Lewis\, Joe Cocker\, and many others. Kno
wn for his signature blend of contemporary jazz\, R&B\, pop\, and soul i
nfluences\, he has earned a reputation as one of the genre’s most distin
ctive and melodic voices. Created with longtime collaborators including
Tracy Carter\, Corney Mims\, and producer Paul Brown\, The Phoenix showc
ases Groove’s gift for memorable melodies\, soulful improvisation\, and
heartfelt storytelling. The album balances uplifting grooves\, reflectiv
e ballads\, and deeply personal compositions inspired by his recovery jo
urney\, including tributes to his beloved service dog\, Odysseus\, who p
layed a vital role during his healing process. Now entering a new chapte
r both personally and professionally\, Groove brings a renewed joy and p
erspective to the stage. With The Phoenix\, he celebrates not only survi
val\, but the freedom\, peace\, and optimism that can emerge after life’
 s greatest challenges.\n\nTickets: https://www.ticketmaster.com/event/16
