 -in-madison-tickets-1997696132910?aff=oddtdtcreator Guitarist\, composer
\, and band leader\, Duved captivates audiences with his immersive music
al vision. Born in Israel\, he began playing guitar at the age of 12. Af
ter discovering the music of Django Reinhardt and the Ferret brothers (p
articularly Sarane)\, he devoted himself entirely to mastering his playi
ng style\, with a particular focus on the pre-1940 period. He gained an
international reputation for his almost unique ability to evoke the “Dja
ngo sound” from before the war. Currently leading the experimental “Preb
op Orchestra” and the new “Quintet of the Hot Club de France”\, Duved re
gularly performs in jazz festivals around the globe\, keeping traditiona
l jazz alive not by preserving it but by continuing to expand on its cre
 ative legacy. Dan Litzky is a French violinist\, composer\, arranger\, r
 ecording artist\, actor\, musical consultant\, conductor\, and artistic
director whose career spans classical music\, chamber music\, contempora
ry repertoire\, film production\, and jazz. Internationally recognized f
or his versatility and artistic excellence\, he has performed throughout
  Europe\, Asia\, and North America as a soloist\, chamber musician\, con
certmaster\, educator\, recording artist\, and creative collaborator. In
recent years\, Litzky has become increasingly active in the internation
al jazz scene as co-leader and artistic director of the Quintette du Hot
Club de France\, one of the most prominent ensembles dedicated to prese
rving and renewing the musical legacy of Django Reinhardt and Stéphane G
rappelli. Under his artistic leadership\, the ensemble has expanded its
international presence through recordings\, educational projects\, and p
erformances at major festivals and concert venues throughout Europe\, No
 rth America\, and Asia.\n\nTickets: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/hot-clu
