 thiopian restaurants across DC over time\, and the Art Therapy program c
 reated by GW students for elders with dementia at Residences at Thomas C
 ircle. The Chase Prizes honor Sgt. Julian Clement Chase\, a Washington\,
  D.C. native who loved this city. While serving in Afghanistan\, Sgt. Ch
 ase was accepted to GWU\, but he was killed in action before he could re
 turn. The Prizes recognize GW students who explore D.C. with the same in
