DESCRIPTION:Get ready for some chills. Noir at the Bar is where horror\, 
 suspense\, and thriller writers step into the spotlight—and straight int
 o your nightmares. Ten local authors will read chilling excerpts from th
 eir work\, serving up twists\, dread\, and delicious unease in one unfor
 gettable night. Come prepared to be scared\, mystified\, and maybe just 
 a little unhinged (in the best way). Books will be available for purchas
 e directly from the authors or through Literally Kittery\, so you can ta
 ke the terror home with you. Drinks (wine and beer\, because bravery req
 uires backup) will be available for purchase\, and we’ll have compliment
 ary snacks to keep you fortified between frights. Tickets are $10—an abs
 olute steal for an evening of suspense\, spirits\, and stories that will
  follow you home. Doors open at 6 pm while the reading will start prompt
 ly at 6:30. Featured readers will include: Tess Gerritsen\, Gabriela Sti
 teler\, Katie York\, Matt Cost\, Mo Drammeh\, Liz Deleo\, Mary Frazier\,
