DESCRIPTION:Born and raised in Milwaukee\, Eric Benét grew up surrounded 
 by musical siblings who loved to sing and harmonize together. In college
 \, he formed a group called Benét with his sister and cousin\, and in 19
 91 they scored their first record deal with EMI. The group’s record fail
 ed to generate a hit and the label dropped them\, but Eric was in it for
  the long haul. His solo album\, True to Myself\, was released by Warner
  Bros. Records in 1996. His life changed dramatically after 1999’s A Day
  in the Life\, which included his first #1 single\, “Spend My Life with 
 You” featuring Tamia. He started touring internationally\, finding treme
 ndous joy in hearing his music and lyrics sung by fans all over the worl
 d. Benét joined forces with producer David Foster\, and together they ma
 de the Hurricane album (2005)\, which received great acclaim. He both de
 veloped and acted in the TV series “Snap” on the ALLBLK streaming networ
 k and has had roles on “New York Undercover\,” “For Your Love\,” and “Re
 al Husbands of Hollywood\,” among others. After experiencing frustration
 s early in his career\, Benét was inspired to start his own company to a
 llow artists to express their creativity while being treated with fairne
 ss and respect. He joined forces with his longtime friend and experience
 d music executive Alison Ball to create JBR Creative Group. The company 
 released Benét’s EP Duets and its 2025 follow-up The Co-Star\, both of w
 hich featured collaborations with top R&B recording artists.\n\nTickets:
