SUMMARY:Roberta Faceplant
DESCRIPTION:Roberta Faceplant is a honky tonk hurricane from Philadelphia
. The five-piece Outlaw Americana band has been called “a cowpunk miracl
e." It’s Country\, but you can hear the City. Raucous guitars\, a drivin
g rhythm section\, and the raw\, powerful\, and soulful vocals of frontw
oman Katie Feeney make Roberta Faceplant a five-fingered fist of Country
grit. Lyrically\, Feeney and the band pull no punches\, tackling curren
t events with tongue in cheek humor and rage. Peppered with Bob Seger-st
yle working-man themes and a dose of Southern Rock\, the band still hold
s tight to the true spirit of country music - three chords and the truth
