  born on May 24th\, 1961\, is widely regarded as the highest-selling/ re
 cording artist in modern history. An award-winning alto and soprano saxo
 phonist\, singer\, composer\, and producer\, he is the founder and CEO o
 f Affable Publishing and Affable Records. Walter dedicated 35 years of h
 is life to teaching at Berklee College of Music and continues to share h
 is expertise through online classes and engaging short lessons on social
  media. A passionate musician from a young age\, Walter began performing
  with the band Los Elegantes at just 13 years old. Since 1987\, he has r
 eleased an impressive 26 albums and remains among the top 10 best-sellin
 g African American saxophonists globally\, a title he has held since 199
 8. His accolades include being named Billboard’s Smooth Jazz Artist of t
