Landmark Radio Theater presents “Where There’s a Will…”

About this event

Stern old Aunt Dora has left her Gold Coast mansion and considerable fortune to her three nieces and nephews — but to get it, they must each scramble to make a major life change. With millions at stake, can they rise to the challenge and satisfy the surprising conditions of Aunt Dora’s will before the deadline? Join the fun and be part of our “studio audience” as a talented cast gives voice to an array of vivid characters in this original radio play, with live music and sound effects created right on stage. The hour-long performance will also feature period-style “station breaks” and songs between acts. “Where There’s a Will…” is the sixth new play to be premiered by the Landmark Radio Theater, and the fifth to be set in the Port Washington area, including “Off the Rails,” “Undermined: Murder in the Sands,” “Cocktail Blues: A Tale of the Jazz Age,” and last year’s “Queen of the Skies.” “Where There’s a Will…” is made possible with funds from the Statewide Community Regrants Program, a regrant program of the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and administered by the Huntington Arts Council.
