Exploring the Scientist's Sketchbook

About this event

Grab a sketchbook and set out on foot into polar bear country! Join illustrator Claire Loon Baldwin as she shares a first-hand illustrated account of the intrepid scientists in Northeastern Greenland National Park. In this world without roads, polar bears and musk oxen roam wild under the midnight sun. These scientists have journeyed to the ends of the earth to study 2,000 climate data variables, and gain critical insight into the climate's future. This event is hosted in collaboration with the Illustration Institute in conjunction with the Illustrasaurus: The Dinosaur Art Show for the Eons on display in the Lewis Gallery October - December.
