Silent Book Club: A Community Reading Gathering Sometimes the best way to connect is to read together. Join us for Silent Book Club, a low-pressure gathering for readers who love books, community, and a little uninterrupted reading time. Bring whatever you're currently reading—whether it's a novel, memoir, graphic novel, audiobook, or magazine—and settle in for an evening designed to celebrate the simple joy of reading alongside others. Schedule: 📚 First 30 Minutes: Arrive, mingle, share what you're reading, and browse the bookstore. 📖 Next 60 Minutes: Silent reading time. Find a cozy spot, open your book, and enjoy an hour of uninterrupted reading in community. 💬 Final 30 Minutes: Gather back together to chat about what surprised, delighted, or intrigued you in your reading before one last opportunity to browse and shop. Have a favorite camp chair, reading chair, or other comfy seat? Feel free to bring it along to make yourself at home. As a thank you for planning ahead, participants who register in advance will receive a 10% off coupon to use in the bookstore on the day of the event.
