Friday, September 18, 2026, 3 – 5pm To keep the play area safe, we’ll be spreading a fresh layer of play-safe woodchips under and around the equipment using wheelbarrows, pitchforks, and rakes. This task makes a big difference in safety and helps the playground look well cared for. Whether you’re a longtime volunteer or joining us for the first time, this is a great opportunity to spend time outdoors, connect with community members, and make a visible impact in a neighborhood park.
