About this event
THE SHAMANACANA EXPERIENCE! featuring Alisa Carr & Randy Langford “You’ll find what you want when it wants to be found. ” The sound of the Alisa Carr & Randy Langford collaboration is distinctly Shamanacana. Shamanacana is more musical perspective than style or genre. It’s built on groovy rhythms and polysemic storytelling delivered by strategically simplistic, yet impactful, instrumentality. Alisa & Randy weave sound and story into immersive experiences. Their music invites listeners into spaces of restoration, reflection, and FUN! Joined by Booker, their 4-legged production assistant, they create the multisensory Shamanacana Experience! Alisa & Randy have released three records that can be found on their website at https://www.shamanacana.com/music and on all streaming platforms. Alisa & Randy also perform in the RAVENS 5 ensemble that includes Melinda Joy, George McCormack aka Son of Cormack, and Jason Hendrix. Feels Like • Groovy psyche-folk • Pithy, poignant lyrics • Interactive blending of music, poetry, aromas, illumination, & art
