Lamplight, The Clearwater Swimmers & Fowl

About this event

The Radio Bean presentsLamplight, The Clearwater Swimmers & FowlSaturday - 10/24@ The Monkey HouseDoors 8:00pm 8:30pm$1021+ Lamplight is the texturally dense, homegrown alt-folk project of multi-disciplinary artist Ian Williams. Born and raised in Virginia, creek-steeped in the foothills of Appalachia, frontman and songwriter Williams grew up taking long walks to make music in bands with his childhood best friends. Lamplight is an earnest exploration of the multitudes we all contain, with a habit of wearing the heart on the sleeve. He is often in love, is always left-handed, and is picking up painting again.https://www.instagram.com/lamplightsongs/ The Clearwater Swimmers, a four-piece rock band spread between New York City and New England, use their sound to wade into stoned and fuzzy reflection. With their blend of coastal, hazy alternative and contemporary indie, Sumner Bright (lead vocals & rhythm guitar), Timothy Graff (drums and percussion), Sander Casale (lead guitar), and Connor Kennedy (backup vocals, keys, and bass), offer up the kind of catharsis that flares up amidst a slow-burning intensity.https://www.instagram.com/theclearwaterswimmers/ FowlBurlington, Vermonthttps://fowl-sam.bandcamp.com
