This interactive workshop equips participants with the skills and confidence to approach challenging conversations with clarity, professionalism, and empathy. Participants will explore common barriers that make conversations difficult, learn techniques to manage emotions, and practice strategies for communicating effectively in high-stakes situations. Through real-world scenarios, reflection, and guided discussion, this session helps participants move from avoidance to action—turning difficult conversations into opportunities for growth, understanding, and stronger working relationships.
