Calling All Junior Anglers on the West Side of RMNP

Junior Rangers and their families are invited to join a park ranger at the Holzwarth Historic Site, along the banks of the Colorado River, to learn how to fly fish and practice casting. You can drop in anytime. Earn your Junior Angler badge too! This program is open to all ages and all fishing equipment is provided. Anyone age 16 and older must have a Colorado Fishing License to go fishing. To get to the program site, park at the Holzwarth Historic Site parking area and walk approximately 1/4 mile down the trail toward the historic site. This program will be set up near the bridge over the river.
