In conjunction with Turtle Creek Gallery down the block, we are excited to host Rebecca Atanassova and Alissa Hansen for a reading of their brilliant picture book, newly released! Alissa, who in Wahoo and sells her artwork at Turtle Creek, became enamored with photographs of George--a real life mouse who lives in England--and began illustrating them, ultimately creating a whole world that evolved into this delightful story we can now hold in our hands. Come hear both the story and the story behind it! Rebecca and Alissa will sign copies for you afterward, and fun things will also be afoot down at Turtle Creek!Free event! No registration necessary.
