Mahjong 102: 10/15 Guided Play

About this event

Come sharpen your skills and experience the game in a supportive, hands-on environment! Perfect for those who have completed MAHJ 101 and are comfortable with tile identification and the basic rules of the American variant, this 2-hour guided play session is designed to help beginners build confidence and independence in their gameplay! (we do not play in pairs). An instructor will be present to provide a quick review and guide the room through setup, the deal and the Charleston. The instructor will float around the room, be available to answer questions that arise and offer guidance as needed. If you are still uncomfortable with tile identification or how to read the game card, consider repeating MAHJ 101. Please bring a current NMJL Card to this class if you have one. Cards are available in store for purchase as well. Max 16 people. @2 hrs.
