The Talking Hearts Album Release Show!

About this event

Your Custom Text Here $20 advance $25 door 7:30 doors 8pm show seated & standing Celebrate the release of the Talking Hearts' new album, Memory Lane, with a live performance in an intimate setting! The Talking Hearts are a cutting-edge honky tonk band from Boston. Channeling the spirit of country music icons Loretta Lynn, Buck Owens, and George Jones, the Talking Hearts play witty and relatable original songs written by fiddler Rachel Rosenberg about folks who’ve done her wrong. Their new album, Memory Lane, showcases the thick three-part harmony singing of Rachel, Zach Meyer (mandolin, piano), and Sophie Wellington (guitar), while bassist Dan Bui and drummer Mike Harmon lay down an infectious rhythmic groove and Alex Formento adds that sweet lonesome texture on pedal steel and telecaster. At this rare chance to hear the Talking Hearts perform new music in an intimate listening room, prepare to be transported to an early 1960s honky tonk, going back and forth between falling in love with your dance partner and contemplating your fate over yet another round at the bar. www.thetalkingheartsband.com Double-click to edit...
