Introductory Meditation Series offered by the Sri Chinmoy Centre. Topics include: concentration, relaxation and breathing techniques; exploring a meditative lifestyle; self-awareness through meditation. The event is offered free of charge by the Sri Chinmoy Centre. To register please email Kapila at castoldi@oakland.edu or call 734-994-7114. Dr. Kapila Castoldi is a physics and astronomy professor. She has studied meditation under the guidance of spiritual teacher Sri Chinmoy for over 40 years.
