BARBÈS LIVE KARAOKE (with Allyssa Lamb) Our monthly live piano karaoke party takes place the 2d Thursday pf the month from 7 to 9:30pm and is hosted by pianist and singer Allyssa Lamb ( of Las Rubias del Norte) . The rules of engagement are as follow - Sign up in person that day and pick a song from a repertoire of over 100 songs that will be made available ahead of time. - Get a cocktail. - Sing - Repeat. FOR A LIST OF SONGS, CLICK HERE Tunes will be mostly drawn from pop and rock tunes from 1955-1985 - (Harry Nilsson, Beatles, Carol King, Dione Warwick, Paul Simon, Leslie Gore, Peggy Lee, Leonard Cohen, Nina Simone, Billy Joel, Gloria Gaynor, Donovan, The Shirelles, Al Greene, Dolly Parton, , Johnny cash, Neil Diamond and way more). Live accompaniment will provided on piano by Allyssa Lamb. Some of the lyrics will be made available online beforehand. Or bring your Ipad.. This is will be a Karaoke party, not a singing competition. $20 suggested
