Dorchester - Community Room branch. Dorchester Road - Judge Irv Condon will discuss and answer questions on the legal process related to adult guardianships and adult and minor conservatorships. The judge will explain how to avoid an adult guardianship and/or conservatorship; and if not possible, he will explain the necessary legal filings, what to expect at the court hearing, and the annual reporting requirements.
