NEW CONSTELLATIONS: Portland-based duo Harlee Case and Josh Smith have spent years building something real, and it shows. Their debut album It Comes in Waves(Nettwerk) is out now. Coming off 38 sold-out US shows, a headline run across the UK and EU, and festival appearances at Lollapalooza, BottleRock, Austin City Limits, and Corona Capital, this is a band hitting their stride in real time. Don't miss them.
