Calendar
About this event
You know her song. Now meet the woman behind it. This October, 40+ selections of stunning indie films & shorts are coming to the Twin Cities Jewish Film Festival—and we invite you to join us at The Cedar Cultural Center on Monday, October 26 at 7:00 PM for Yael Naim: A New Soul. About the Film This Midwest premiere traces French-Israeli singer-songwriter Yael Naim's journey from a childhood outside Tel Aviv to global recognition—and the deeper reckoning with identity, motherhood, and artistic freedom that came after. Blending candid conversation, home archives, and animation Naim created herself, it's an intimate portrait of an artist mid-reinvention. Stay after the film for a live conversation with director Jill Coulon on the five-year journey of making it.
