Longtime Laurelthirst roots-rock rowdies host their Sunday “church” ! Continuing the tradition of local roots-rock rowdies like Jimmy Boyer, Turtle VanDemarr, Jeffery Frederick, and the Holy Modal Rounders, the Freak Mountain Ramblers keep the music of our people alive. Be having’ things on a Sunday! Usual suspects: Lex Browning (guitar, fiddle), David Reisch (bass) and Roger North (drums), with Tate Peterson and Pete Krebs (guitar, steel), plus occasional special guests!
