Frequently Asked Questions: What is this year's theme? Christmas Cookies! How many tickets does our family need to purchase? 1 for each child attending. Siblings under 1 year of age are free. Adults do not need a ticket. What time should we arrive? Please come at your ticketed time so that there is enough space for all to comfortably enjoy the event. Do we get a physical ticket in the mail? This is a "will-call" event. No physical ticket will be sent. You will be on our list of attendees at the door at Spark. Just be sure to check-in there. At checkout select "pick up in store" to avoid shipping charges. If you forget, we'll refund you before charging your card. Where do we check-in? Please start your evening at Spark Books where we'll check you in and give you a lay of the land. Ornament making, sensory and imaginative play will happen at Spark. Santa and the food will be at Feast. Will there be a professional photographer on site? We invite you to take your own photos with your choosen device. There will be an employee assigned to Santa to snap a group photo for you if you'd like. Is food and drink provided? Complimentary cookies, hot cocoa and hot cider will be provided by Feast for the whole family to enjoy. Adult beverages and additional food will be available for purchase. Are tickets refundable? Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
