Sister Act

About this event

Featuring original music by Tony- and eight-time Oscar winner, Alan Menken (Newsies, Beauty and the Beast, Little Shop of Horrors), this uplifting musical was nominated for five Tony Awards, including Best Musical. When disco diva Deloris Van Cartier witnesses a crime, she’s hidden in a convent where she sticks out in every possible way. But when she takes over the struggling choir, she transforms it into a joyful, powerhouse ensemble that begins to turn heads far beyond the church walls. Filled with powerful gospel music, high-energy dancing, and plenty of heart, Sister Act is reason to REJOICE! Thank you to our Live Orchestra Producers: Northern Mechanical and Mary Anne Ebert & Paul Stembler.
