Fall 2026 Tour The Dark Star Orchestra will be performing their Fall 2026 Tour at Boston's legendary Orpheum Theater on Saturday, November 14th, 2026. The evening of music begins at 6:00 pm with opening and the Dark Star Orchestra performing a full classic Grateful Dead in its entirety chosen from the band's extensive touring archives. Dark Star Orchestra Dark Star Orchestra is the Grateful Dead tribute band of choice to audiences around the country. Known for performing iconic Grateful Dead songs including "Touch of Grey, Truckin', The Other One, Wharf Rat and Iko Iko, the band replicates an actual Grateful Dead from the bands vast touring history down to the smallest detail. Playing every song note for note and recreating specific concerts from the Grateful Dead's touring history, DSO creates a truly unique experience each time they take the stage. Orpheum theatre Information The Orpheum theatre, presented by Citizens, is located at 1 Hamilton Place in downtown Boston, MA 02108. The Orpheum theater is approximately 27,000 square feet of entertaining space and seats approximately 2,700 people on the Orchestra, Mezzanine and Balcony levels. It features a state of the art Surround Sound system that was custom designed to deliver the absolute best concert experience from any seat in the house. All concessions (snacks and soft drinks as well as beer and wine for select s) are cashless and available in the theater. Parking Information The Orpheum Theater does not have its own parking lot, however within 2 short city blocks there are 3 large city parking garages. The Boston Common Garage, the Center Plaza Garage and the Tremont Street Garage are all within a few minute walk of the theater and are a safe and convenient place to park your car for an evening of entertainment.
