News 4 anchor and Mother Tessa Spencer shares her deeply personal journey through loss, transforming grief into a powerful mission to break the silence, challenge stigma, and inspire honest conversations about mental health and suicide. Co-hosted with the Department of Veterans Affairs, this event will highlight the impact of suicide and the importance of mental health awareness, support, and connection. Following the film, attendees are invited to participate in a community discussion and connect with local resources and support services.
