The Gong Fu Cha Ceremony, or Kung Fu Tea Ceremony (Chinese: 工夫茶 or 功夫茶), is a kind of Chinese tea ceremony, involving the ritual preparation and presentation of tea. The term means "Making Tea With Skill". Gongfu tea is a traditional way of preparing tea, characterised by multiple infusions of the same tea in a small teapot. This way of brewing originated from Chaozhou during the Song Dynasty, which is why it's also often referred to as "Chaozhou Gongfu Cha". You will get an extensive deep dive into the culture of tea with more depth than is customary in a Pin Cha. You can let the tea guide take you on a journey to explore all of your 5 senses, or you can use this opportunity to ask questions and steer the experience yourself.
