Silent Book Club

About this event

Bring any book you are currently reading to our very own chapter of the Silent Book Club (SBC), a community of readers with 300 chapters around the world that gathers in person to read together in quiet camaraderie. We spend the first 15 minutes talking about the books we are all reading before quietly settling into our book of choice. SBC is a popular alternative to traditional book clubs, whose members often scramble to finish the assigned book and the pressure to have something smart to say. At SBC, there's no assigned reading. Teens and adults. Registration appreciated.
