Small Bite Sessions is a 30-minute, affordably priced tasting class designed to introduce you to some of our favorite foods, while guiding you through a delicious compare-and-contrast of different versions of the same food. Similar to our other tasting classes, you’ll learn about the producers, flavor profiles, and get a taste of each variation! Big mountain energy. Join us for a lineup of Alpine-style cheeses with all the nutty, buttery, savory, and slightly funky goodness we love from mountain cheeses. Come taste your way through a few wedges and see why these cheeses have been keeping people happy through cold weather for centuries. Tis the season.
