We are delighted to welcome chef and author Catherine Alioto to the shop on Wednesday, November 18th, for a hands-on cooking class in celebration of her debut cookbook Tapas Españ a! Join us in our demo kitchen as Catherine prepares dishes celebrating the vibrant flavors and culinary traditions of Spain, from savory tapas to a classic Catalan dessert. The menu includes: Champi rellenos con albarino y jamon (stuffed mushrooms with serrano ham + albarino wine) Albóndigas con salsa tomate al azaf
