Bride of Frankenstein

About this event
1935 • Introduction by Author Julian David Stone • This is one of the rare sequels people argue is even better than the original. It’s funny in an odd, dark way, it moves fast, and it has real emotion under the horror. Elsa Lanchester’s screen time is short but legendary, and the film’s look and spirit influenced decades of monster movies. • Show begins with spooky music on the Mighty Wurlitzer and an old fashioned sing-along.
