Queer Book Club & SciFi/Fantasy Book Club - November
Calendar
About this event
We are starting up TWO new book clubs this year! Our Queer Book Club and SciFi/Fantasy Book Club are meeting jointly while we get things started. Our November pick is a staff favorite: ISABELLA NAGG AND THE POT OF BASIL by Oliver Darkshire! Perfect for fans of Terry Pratchett's Discworld, talking animals and/or plants, gender-nonconforming wizards, and perfectly executed footnotes. Meet at Ledge Brewing at 6:30pm on November 11th to discuss the book and let us know what you’d like to see in these book clubs in the coming months! Books are available here at White Birch Books, and we'll also be selling upcoming book club reads at Ledge Brewing on November 11th. Current and upcoming book club picks are always 10% off in-store! Help us shape the structure and select upcoming books for these book clubs at the short survey here!
