Conversations from Main Street presents: Please join us for a screening of the film “The M Factor 2” followed by a panel discussion with experts in the field of women’s health. Panel: Dr. Adrienne Mandelberger, MD, FACOG, MSCP, is a board-certified gynecologic surgeon and menopause specialist. She is the founder of Balanced Medical, a boutique gynecology and preventative women’s health practice on Long Island, NY, and the founder and CEO of the virtual education company All Things Menopause®. Dr. Mandelberger is passionate about educating and empowering women to make informed choices during the menopause transition and throughout the life cycle. Her special interests include the intersection of ADHD and perimenopause. Lauren Tetenbaum, LCSW, JD, PMH-C, MSCP is a licensed psychotherapist, women’s rights advocate, and writer dedicated to supporting and empowering women through life transitions. With experience as both a lawyer and a clinical social worker, Lauren specializes in counseling women navigating identity shifts related to motherhood, career changes, and reproductive health. Lauren frequently contributes thought leadership to media and professional organizations; she is the author of the acclaimed 2025 book Millennial Menopause: Preparing for Perimenopause, Menopause, and Life’s Next Period.
