About this event
A galette is the perfect antidote to fussy pastry — free-form, forgiving, and just as beautiful for the imperfections. We’ll roll out a buttery, flaky dough by hand, fill it with fresh seasonal fruit, and fold it into that signature rustic shape. This hands-on class runs approximately three hours (baking can run a bit long, so we’ve built in extra time), and you’re welcome to taste it in class if you’d like, or bring the whole thing home with you.
